Our management team and site personnel bring over three decades of expertise in various construction aspects, ranging from multi-storey constructions to intricate commercial fit-outs and maintenance. This diverse experience allows us to navigate and excel in the ever-evolving landscape of Newcastle’s construction sector.

Our Team

Leading our dynamic team is Matt, our Director and Project Manager. With over 30 years of experience, Matt’s expertise spans across maintenance, residential construction, renovations, industrial and commercial construction, including new builds and commercial fit-outs. His depth of knowledge ensures that every project meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Perry, our Project Manager, brings over seven years of experience in both client-side and construction project management. His understanding of the BWJ Construction culture enables him to work collaboratively with clients and contractors, ensuring the delivery of quality projects that align with client visions.

Lisa, our Accounts specialist, with her 30 years of experience in administration and accounting, ensures the seamless financial management of our projects, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Our Site-Based Personnel

Our strength also lies in our experienced team of internal and external site managers, carpenters, and labourers. These skilled professionals are crucial in managing the dynamic workload of the construction industry. Their dedication and expertise are instrumental in upholding the high standards of BWJ Construction & Maintenance.

Our collaboration with Coalface Safety Pty Ltd and our robust safety management plans reflect our commitment to providing a safe working environment. Our Quality Assurance System is ISO Accredited, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), ensures compliance and excellence in every phase of construction.
